-Korean International School, expected graduation June, 2014 .
-GPA 3.54.
-Received High School Principal’s List in 1st semester 11th grade. -Took AP Language and Composition.
-Took AP United States History.
-Took three years of photographic education.


Work Experience
-Taught English in Yong In Public Children’s Home in April to July 2013.
-Worked part time as an English Tutor in a Korean Private Educational Institute in May 2013 - Took Portraits for kindergarteners in Korean International School in April 2013
- Took Portraits for Korean Highschoolers in the Yong In Prefecture in Jan. 2013
- Had gained an editorial position in ISKL Yearbook Team.

-Photographer for the Photographers’ confederation.

Skills

-Fluent in Korean and English .
-Taught both Kindergarteners and high schooler students English.

-Photographer with expertise in portraits both industrial and fashion. Also skilled in taking nature shots, particularly those of invertebrates.

Service Contract

Service Contract

Upon using the service of the Photographers’ Confederation, the client is to obey the following regulations that have been set up by the company.

-The Contract and conditions set up by the Client to the Photographer’s Confederation is to be permanent. Aside from the canceling of the project itself, every detail given by the client is considered final, and no change is allowed unless given a month notice.

-The Due date for the projects cannot be changed by the client unless given a month notice. This is also the case for the photographers, who must report their inability to complete a project under given time a month before the project is due.

-All rights are reserved to the Photographer’s Confederation, with the Client being given allowance to use the photographs for financial, educational, and promotional purposes. The Client is not allowed to distribute the pictures to any other party involved, unless the permission is given by the photographer who had completed the contract.
-Compensation for “unsatisfactory” assignments are not guaranteed. Unless the client has already expressed their displeasure towards the project two weeks before completion, requests for compensation will not be considered. 

-The client has to give the photographer previous notice if there be risk of health or safety. Failure to do so will result in the termination of the contract, along with paying the photographer $2000 dollars for the breach of this condition.

-Any hospitalizations that may occur during this project that does not root its cause with the Photographer’s clumsiness, recklessness, and the inability to avoid the danger will result in the client to pay for the hospitalization fee in full. 

-All payment will be done via credit card towards the company, not the photographer.

-If the client desires to use a photographer not in his region, he/she will have to pay for the traveling fees.

-Any additional usage of cash on the part of the photographer besides negotiated equipment, food and living fees will be paid by the client. 

-The failure to pay the designated fees for the project within the negotiated dates will be compensated by a $500 fee. 

-The failure to pay fees attributed to the violation of the contract laws within a week’s notice will result in the immediate termination of the project, with any requests for compensation denied, and the client responsible for paying the company the full price of the project discussed. 


-Upon employing a photographer from the Photographers’ Confederation, the Client promises to follow the previously mentioned laws completely and without exceptions.
